Paul and Sheila Wellstone Elementary School is located in the heart of downtown St. Paul. We are near museums and performance spaces like the Ordway, Roy Wilkins Auditorium, and the Xcel Energy Center. Free parking is available just north and west of our building in the Capital City public parking ramp. When visiting our school please bring your parking ticket in with you for validation.

Our Mission

The mission of Paul & Sheila Wellstone Elementary School is to teach all children who attend Wellstone the academic and social skills they need to become independent learners and skillful problem solvers.
