Ms. Amy Pierce
Hello! My name is Ms. Pierce and I am excited to be your student’s 2nd grade teacher! We will have such a great year and I know we will make a great team working together to make your student’s experience the best possible.
I started teaching at Wellstone Elementary in 2014. Before Wellstone, I taught Preschool for two years and subbed in the St. Paul Public Schools. I am a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth and received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
When I’m not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and friends, exercising, traveling, being creative, and enjoying life!
Second grade is a fun and challenging year and I am so grateful to be a part of your student’s experience! My main goal for your child is to feel successful, loved, and know that they have tried their best at everything we do in their learning.
