Sweet-Evans, Sadari

Hi! My name is Sadari (Sweet) Evans, and I am a teacher in the BioSmart program at Wellstone Elementary. I have worked at Wellstone since 2017. Before that, I taught a few different grades at Battle Creek Middle School and other schools in St. Paul. I received my undergraduate degree in Urban Education from Metro State University and my master's degree in literacy from Concordia University Saint Paul. I use my role as a teacher to close the achievement gap in students of color. During my free time, I love spending time with my husband Jesse and my three sons, Jesse, Jaylen, and Jordan. I have strong ties to our community and my goal is to ensure the connection between child, family, and school remains at the forefront of my teaching. I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach your scholar at Wellstone this year!
